Strategic Digital Sales and Marketing Manager Position

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced digital marketing professional to lead the sales and marketing efforts for a European brand in Pakistan.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in web design, computer science, information technology, marketing, or a related field from a reputable university, with excellent English language skills and at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel B2C marketing strategy with a focus on digital scale-up.
  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Manage online budget and drive ROI growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Conduct A/B and MVT testing to optimize marketing performance.
  • Provide regular sales and revenue reports to senior management.
  • Oversee the customer journey from start to finish to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service and fulfillment teams.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the client's brand values and vision to drive strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Expertise in digital marketing trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Proven experience working with brands to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong experience in SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, email marketing, and analytics tools to drive business results.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms like Magento to enhance online presence.
  • Excellent customer experience skills and knowledge of usability principles to drive user engagement.
