We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning sales qualified lead targets, defining clear criteria with the sales team, and providing transparent reports on progress.
  • Ideating, prioritizing, and executing rapid cross-channel tests including paid acquisition, SEO/content, partnerships, email, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising with a sharp focus on cost-per-SQL and return on ad spend.
  • Shipping and iterating on landing pages using WordPress and Gravity Forms, running on-site experiments to improve conversion rates from visitors to qualified leads.
  • Conducting technical SEO audits and creating strategic content addressing the ICP's pain points, measuring success by the number of SQLs generated.
  • Developing effective email and lead nurturing sequences guiding prospects from initial contact to a qualified sales conversation.
  • Maintaining meticulous tracking using tools like GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel, building dashboards for clear understanding of revenue and SQL drivers.
Success Metrics
  • Consistent month-over-month growth in qualified sales-accepted SQLs.
  • Improved pipeline value and efficiency metrics (cost-per-SQL, CAC payback period).
  • High velocity of meaningful marketing experiments.
  • Improved conversion rates across the entire marketing funnel.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in B2B growth or demand generation, direct ownership of SQL or pipeline targets ideally within a services-based company.
  • Proven ability to hit cost-per-SQL or ROAS goals, ready to share brief case studies of past successes.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, and Ahrefs.
  • Comfortable with WordPress for launching and editing landing pages and with Gravity Forms.
  • Strong command of attribution models, funnel metrics, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills for data analysis and forecasting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
