We are seeking a Senior Visualizer to create visually striking design solutions across various media.

  • Lead the creation of high-quality visual concepts ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives
  • Develop design layouts for digital, print, and multimedia projects including social media websites advertisements packaging and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with team leads and other team members to brainstorm ideas and bring creative concepts to life
  • Oversee and mentor junior designers providing constructive feedback and ensuring design consistency across all projects
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs communicate effectively with the target audience
  • Ensure all visual content is on-brand visually appealing and meets the highest design standards
  • Stay updated on design trends software and tools to maintain cutting-edge designs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling a keen eye for detail and the ability to execute design concepts that align with the brand's strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar visual design role is required.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects and other design software
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work from digital to print
  • Excellent understanding of typography color theory and layout principles
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas clearly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A passion for creativity innovation and a keen eye for emerging design trends
