Cell Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical issues
- Maintain KPIs of MBU (NAR, TCH, PM success rate)
- Inspect and maintain power equipment
- Install, maintain, and repair Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)
- Install, troubleshoot, and test Rectifiers (Emerson, Huawei) and Rectifier batteries (Li-ion cells)
- Identify and resolve Diesel Generator problems
- Perform ATP of Diesel Generators after overhauling
- Identify and fix DCACs
- Detect and resolve Commercial supply faults
- Ensure safety and efficiency in tower operations
- Report safety hazards
- Keep accurate records of tower operations
- Manage telco spares and inventory
- Ensure PMs are performed by vendors with quality and within cycle, and conduct regular site audits
- Resolve sales & corporate complaints within 24 hours
- Interpret technical drawings for tower component installation
- Follow safety regulations and HSE protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or Associate Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in telecom power infrastructure maintenance
- Knowledge of tower components and tools
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Hands-on experience with Power infrastructure at BTS sites, including AC & DC systems, Rectifiers, and troubleshooting
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of telecom equipment
- Flexibility to work hours during operational emergencies
