About the Position

We are seeking an Office Operations Director to lead our office operations team.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities will include managing office operations, supervising administrative staff, and coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

The successful candidate will also be required to track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary, submit timely reports, and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
