  • Drive innovation through cutting-edge development processes.
  • Cultivate best practices and coding standards.
  • Hire, manage, and develop a diverse team of highly qualified Engineers.

As a seasoned professional, you are expected to contribute to development tasks as needed to support teams with release commitments.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or relevant domain.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale engineering projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
