Purchasing Coordinator Japanese Bilingual
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Coordinator with bilingual abilities in Japanese to join our team. As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing procurement of food and non-food items from other MTC locations and vendors nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and negotiate prices with vendors.
- Monitor inventory, create purchasing plans based on volume, assortment, and lead times.
- Organize invoices and create purchase orders.
- Calculate costs, process receiving, and post into AS400 accurately and promptly.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields preferred.
- 2-3 years purchasing or relevant experience required.
- Business-level English and Japanese (read/write/speak/listen).
