The Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer proficient in Figma to join our team. The selected candidate will work on building and aligning the web UI/UX to our current design standards. This role requires close collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create user-centered, aesthetically appealing, and functional designs. Strong communication skills will be essential due to heavy interaction with North American team members.

The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and refine UI/UX design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
  2. Collaborate with the development team to implement the designs, considering branding guidelines and user needs.
  3. Conduct usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions.
  4. Stay updated with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and design tools to continuously enhance our product's usability and visual appeal.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with experience in web application design.
  2. Proficiency in Figma, or similar design tools.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
  4. Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design clearly.
  6. Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles.
