Job Description

Dcc Consultants, a leading offshore corporate services provider to US-based healthcare organizations, seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Process full cycle of accounts payable tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assign invoices for approval via KwikTag and ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain General Ledger distribution for each entity, ensuring correct allocations.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors regarding statements and bill accuracy.
  • Comply with established A/P policies and procedures.
  • Cross-train and assist in various accounting functions as directed by the AP Manager.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the team lead.

Requirements

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable is required.
  • Prior experience in a US-based company setting is preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting & Finance from a reputable institution is essential.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are vital.
  • Data entry, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • High integrity, teamwork, patient service focus, and flexibility are expected.

Work Environment:

  • Monday - Friday workdays.
  • 6 pm – 3 am PKT (Night shift) working hours.
