Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Lead to spearhead our expansion plans. This individual will be at the forefront of the company, driving sustainable financial growth through strategic sales initiatives and forging strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive business growth strategy focusing on both revenue generation and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and client needs
  • Establish key partnerships with prospective clients
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting client objectives
  • Craft sales contracts adhering to industry-established rules and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices
  • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support
  • Foster long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Coach entry-level staff into skilled sales professionals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or equivalent role
  • Hands-on experience working with freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr)
  • Strong customer support skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Effective time management and planning skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field
