Job Opportunity

The role of Assistant Zonal Operation Manager is pivotal in driving sales performance and business expansion.

Key responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators such as execution ratio and DENE, ensuring bank deposits remain intact, and maintaining equilibrium in the sales process.

To achieve this, the individual will also be responsible for market visits to ensure smooth operations, gather feedback on customer complaints, and foster professional relationships with all stakeholders.

This includes adherence to QMS (Quality Management System) and GDP (Good Distribution Practices) in concerned warehouses, coordination with the Quality & Compliance team, and delivering quality service provision at the customer end.

Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to the growth of the organization by fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
