  • Manage a department of 50-60 people, focusing on leave and shift management to execute operations efficiently within given resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Conduct regular progress and development meetings with staff to ensure their growth and effectiveness.
  3. Maintain strong follow-up for ongoing projects and timely completion to achieve assigned targets.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Implement company policies and procedures.
  • Regularly review KPIs, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement to optimize operations.
  • Analyze training needs and develop staff for next-level roles to enhance their skills and abilities.
  • Prioritize operations improvement and business development to drive growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
  • Excellent English communication skills and leadership skills.
