Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to fill the position of Limo Car Service Dispatch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and dispatching our fleet of luxury vehicles to provide excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Dispatch Coordination: Manage scheduling and dispatching of limo car services with precision.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Monitor and track the status of assigned vehicles.
  • Address unforeseen issues or delays to ensure smooth operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
  • Generate reports as needed for management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a dispatch or coordination role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
  • Familiarity with local geography and traffic patterns.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
