Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing and design department, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that drives results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough website audits using manual and tool-based methods to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, and Google Keyword Planner tools to inform content strategy and measure performance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest updates from Google, Bing, and social media platforms to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
• Integrate and optimize various social media platforms to expand our online presence and engage with audiences.
• Produce high-quality written content for blogging and reference purposes.

Main Responsibilities:
• Design graphics-based content for daily newscasts, specials, commercials, social media, and promotional spots, ensuring consistency in branding and style.
• Create animated graphic opens and elements for newscasts, clients, and promotions, leveraging your expertise in motion graphics and video production.
• Write, produce, and post video and digital content on our social media accounts and digital platforms, showcasing our brand's personality and voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ratings growth strategy, increasing website and social platform traffic and awareness.
• Monitor brand performance across various metrics, providing insights to inform future content decisions.
• Participate in special projects such as digital ads, print work, signage, animation, and set design, staying adaptable and open to new challenges.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to operations and activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and experience.
• Proven track record of creating engaging visual content that drives results, with a deep understanding of design principles, color theory, and branding guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform content strategy.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, and Google Keyword Planner tools, as well as social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
