Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer service provided via social media channels.
  • Analyze data to measure the success of our digital media campaigns.
  • Provide coaching and training to employees on content creation best practices.
Requirements

  • Experience working with marketing plans and campaigns.

  • Track record of building and engaging online communities.
  • Understanding of graphic design principles and best practices.
  • Experience as a Brand Manager on digital media platforms.
  • Ability to measure and evaluate campaign success.
