Job Overview

We are seeking a senior quality assurance (QA) engineer with solid automated testing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of automation frameworks, including HP Quality Center and Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
  • Spearhead the adoption of test automation and programmatic testing for system regression testing.
  • Create and organize test designs, test cases, and matrices to ensure robust regression test coverage.
  • Facilitate meetings with application and business teams to gather input for test design.
  • Design and develop debugged, reliable automated tests adhering to established standards and frameworks.
  • Mentor and support colleagues in adopting programmatic and automated testing approaches.
  • Execute automated tests across various systems for regression testing purposes.
  • Prioritize and execute test planning, preparation, automation, and execution tasks covering business functional to technical performance aspects.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to implement test models and project testing strategies.
  • Maintain functional test labs and orchestrate changes across multiple test environments.
  • Leverage expertise to develop, maintain, and execute advanced test automation processes.

The candidate must possess excellent English language communication skills. This role requires strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
