Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sr. Software Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in software design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing applications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools, frameworks, and technologies, applying them to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Work closely with senior developers to deliver complex projects on time, meeting client expectations.
  • Document software functionality and processes, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, Python, or Java, with expertise in at least two.
  • Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular, with experience in building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Backend: Node.js, Laravel, or Django, with knowledge of database integration and API development.
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, with understanding of data modeling and schema design.
  • Version control: Git / GitHub, with expertise in branching strategies and merging techniques.
  • Problem-solving and logical thinking skills, with ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in agile environments.
