Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

  • We are seeking a highly skilled QA professional to join our team.
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to learn and grow with us.

The successful candidate will have a strong computer science background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a cross-functional role that partners with multiple teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software features.

  • Create test plans, maintain documentation, and perform testing on multiple devices, platforms, and browsers.
  • Plan and execute verification of features broken down into components for weekly releases.
  • Take full ownership of all QA artifacts.
  • Point out execution gaps and own process improvements.
  • Actively look into all ES and customer-facing issues being reported.
  • Aid in retrospecting possible customer issues with leads.
  • Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in web and mobile applications as well as ELD functions, outputs, online screens, and content.
  • Own end-to-end testing.

We require someone with 3+ years of experience in software testing, knowledge of Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Agile Testing Life Cycles, and the ability to take ownership of all manual testing tasks.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in both manual testing and automation, be able to understand software design specifications, create boundary value, positive, and negative test cases, have basic knowledge of REST API, and be familiar with issue tracking tools such as JIRA.
