We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to oversee daily operations, manage bookings, and provide exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers with bookings and inquiries, handling check-ins, reservations, and customer walk-ins efficiently, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the facility, and managing online and offline bookings, cancellations, and scheduling.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, basic knowledge of booking systems and customer service software, and a friendly, professional, and customer-centric attitude. Additionally, they should be able to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with bookings and inquiries
  • Handle check-ins, reservations, and customer walk-ins efficiently

  • Manage online and offline bookings, cancellations, and scheduling
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in front desk management, hospitality, or sports facility operations
  • Strong communication skills (English)
  • Basic knowledge of booking systems and customer service software
  • A friendly, professional, and customer-centric attitude
