Job Title: Financial Reporting Analyst

The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to management.
  2. Ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and timely.
  3. Gather financial and operational data from all Business Units (BUs).
  4. Consolidate data from multiple BUs for management review.
  5. Owning the reporting pack, including preparation, analysis, and presentation.
  6. Maintaining schedules and documentation for Profit & Loss (P&L) items.
  7. Analyzing finance functions to identify trends and variances.
  8. Addressing regional finance concerns with solutions.
  9. Highlighting major financial issues or anomalies for management.
  10. Identifying and communicating financial and operational risks.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Conducting weekly financial projections with relevant teams.
  • Reviewing project budgets, grants, and contracts for alignment.
  • Monitoring and enforcing budget controls.
  • Reviewing business development plans for feasibility and financial alignment.

Cash Flow and Working Capital Management:

  • Assisting with cash flow management and providing recommendations.
  • Maintaining records of cash flow and working capital requirements.
  • Tracking cash flow activities and escalating issues.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

  • Supporting additional tasks or projects as assigned.
  • Maintaining flexibility to support evolving business needs.
