
Office Coordinator Position

The ideal candidate for this role will oversee the daily operations of an office, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and efficient management of resources. This individual will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, maintaining inventory, and overseeing administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the office schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate meetings and events, arranging necessary resources and materials
- Handle all correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records of office supplies and equipment
- Oversee the work of administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist with budget management, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required
- Communicate effectively with clients and partners
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (desired)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably as an office manager
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex information clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using various software applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and ownership of tasks
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and budgeting processes
$1400 per month
Location and Employment Type:Faisalabad, full-time position (40 hours/week)
