Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an Atlassian expert to manage and extend our cloud application suite. This role is ideal for a candidate who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills.

This is a high-impact position where you will help shape the way teams collaborate, automate, and deliver value.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administration & Support
    • Manage configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian Cloud products.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, collaborating with other admins and internal support teams.
  • Customization & Optimization
    • Design and optimize Jira workflows, custom fields, schemes, permissions, screens, and automation rules.
    • Create dashboards and reports to provide insights to management and teams.
    • Administer and optimize the usage of Jira Marketplace apps and add-ons.
  • Integration & Development
    • Develop and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and internal toolchains.
    • Support automation of manual processes through scripting.
  • Training and Mentoring
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for teams transitioning to agile tools or customizing their Atlassian environments.
  • Collaborate with business development and proposal teams to design Atlassian-based solutions.
Key Requirements:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of direct experience in administering Atlassian Cloud products.
    • Experience in working within Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
  • Certifications (Highly Preferred):
    • Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) in Jira Administration, Jira Service Management, or Confluence.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong command of JQL (Jira Query Language).
    • Familiarity with REST APIs, scripting, and Atlassian automation tools.
Desirable Skills:
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and version control tools.
