Expert Software Developer

We are seeking a seasoned software development professional to spearhead the creation of innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products using Ruby on Rails. They will be responsible for designing robust, scalable, and secure features, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, and following best practices such as test-driven development and continuous integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Design robust, scalable, and secure features
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, and code standards)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails developer
- Experience developing highly interactive applications
- Strong grasp of object-oriented analysis and design
- Passion for writing simple, clean, efficient code
- Good knowledge of relational databases
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with web frameworks like Rails and Sinatra
- Understanding of scalable application design principles
- Able to create database schemas supporting business processes
- Familiarity with continuous integration practices
