Brand Image Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced brand image specialist to join our team. As a brand image specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the brand's visual and verbal identity, including logos, color schemes, messaging, and tone of voice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the brand's visual and verbal identity, including logos, color schemes, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and manage brand equity, tracking brand health metrics and implementing strategies to enhance brand perception and loyalty.
  • Build and manage a high-performing brand team, providing guidance, mentorship, and clear direction to achieve brand objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment with the brand strategy.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform brand decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (8-10+ years) in brand management, with a track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market research to inform branding decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding aesthetics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in brand management software and marketing tools.
  • A passion for brand-building and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
