Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Organizational Development Strategist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing organizational development initiatives in the textile digital printing sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with department leaders to ensure that organizational goals and objectives are met through effective people management strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic people management programs for the textile digital department, including performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  2. Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address organization development needs and opportunities.
  3. Conduct assessments of current organizational structures, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Design and implement change management initiatives to support the organization's growth and development.
  5. Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that organizational development initiatives align with business objectives.
  7. Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures in line with best practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in organization development or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of organization development principles and best practices.
  • Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in organization development.
