Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our priority banking division, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients.

About the Role
  • You will provide exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our clients while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.
  • You will acquire new-to-bank priority qualified clients and provide services to existing clients, including dormancy removal and service requests.
  • You will cross-sell products to clients post-needs identification and increase wealth management penetration in assigned portfolios.
  • You will migrate clients to digital channels for regular banking transactions and consume and convert assigned leads.
  • You will maintain client contact as per prescribed guidelines and implement client journey interventions for priority clients.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Acquire new-to-bank priority qualified clients through effective relationship building and communication.
  2. Provide timely and personalized service to existing clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Cross-sell bank products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  4. Increase wealth management penetration in assigned portfolios by identifying and converting opportunities.
  5. Migrate clients to digital channels for regular banking transactions, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  6. Consume and convert assigned leads into new business opportunities.
  7. Maintain regular client contact as per prescribed guidelines, ensuring strong relationships and loyalty.
