We are seeking an exceptional Operations Executive to lead our manufacturing operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale production, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational processes, including production planning, supply chain management, industrial engineering, and compliance. They will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to drive productivity, improve quality, and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing day-to-day plant operations, ensuring consistent productivity, efficiency, and quality benchmarks.
  • Developing production plans based on orders and forecasts, coordinating closely with merchandising, sourcing, and procurement teams.
  • Implementing rigorous quality control procedures across all production lines, ensuring adherence to buyer quality standards.
  • Managing raw material flow, trims, and accessories to avoid production delays, optimizing inventory levels while minimizing wastage.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop factory management teams and supervisors. They will also be expected to build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement, fostering cross-functional collaboration for operational synergy.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Apparel Technology, or related field; Master's Degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in 5-pocket jeans, denim, and woven garment production.
