About the Role

The Client Enablement Specialist plays a pivotal role in preparing Edge Talent for success throughout the hiring journey. This position demands strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for empowering others.

You will work cross-functionally to align candidate profiles with client expectations and deliver personalized coaching, directly contributing to candidate success, client satisfaction, and global talent ecosystem growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically assess candidates' experience, skills, and credentials to match them with suitable opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure talent mapping aligns with evolving client requirements.
  • Lead mock interviews to improve candidate presentation and preparedness.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and commercial teams, ensuring smooth coordination of interviews, timelines, and client communications.
  • Integrate commercial team feedback into enablement strategies and refine processes to meet client demands.
QualificationsProfessional Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in client enablement, recruitment, corporate coaching, or related fields.
  • A background in customer success, talent matching, or end-to-end recruitment processes is strongly preferred.
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • An analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality are required.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work cross-functionally and receive constructive feedback is important.
