We are looking for an experienced Laravel Full Stack Developer As Team Lead who can lead our development team and manage project life cycles.

About the Job:

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience with Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development team to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality coding standards.

Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in Laravel development.
  3. In-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel 8 and 9 PHP Framework.
  4. Strong understanding of Laravel development patterns (model, repositories, traits, services).
  5. Experience with third-party libraries, Laravel packages, and APIs.
  6. Good understanding of business logic, database normalization, relational databases, and database views for reporting.
  7. Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies and a strong grip on GIT.
