About the Technical Role

This technical role involves oversight, maintenance, and configuration of business-critical systems for our customers.

As a network engineer, you will be responsible for managing and responding to support tickets raised by Customers through our Professional Services Team.

  • Analysis and monitoring of cloud environments to identify and resolve issues.
  • Developing and maintaining automations for Azure cloud solutions in accordance with best practice.
  • Collaboration with cloud architect and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions, particularly when onboarding new cloud environments.
Main Responsibilities:
  • VM / Azure App Services provisioning
  • PowerShell script automation
  • Applying and maintaining Azure security standards
  • Monitoring MS SQL databases and server instances
  • SQL queries, backups and maintenance
  • Creating alerts in Azure to monitor various services
  • Configuring and maintaining VPNs
  • Managing DNS
  • Managing Virtual Networks, Azure Traffic Manager, Network Security Groups and IP/Port whitelisting.
  • Managing DR services
  • Performing application installs of our products
  • Report writing
  • Problem solving
