Digital Content Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Developer to join our team.

This role involves creating engaging digital content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, and infographics.

• Content Development: Develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
• Messaging and Materials: Create compelling messaging and marketing materials that align with our brand values.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in our digital messaging across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to produce effective content.
• Publishing and Editing: Utilize editing, content management, and HTML skills to publish and edit content on various digital platforms.
• SEO and Content Development: Apply knowledge of SEO and content development to create digital content that boosts visibility on search platforms.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and present analytics data to inform content decisions.
• Web Etiquette: Ensure web etiquette is maintained to deliver the right message through the right channels.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the offline marketing and online marketing teams, as well as the IT/web team, to ensure cohesive delivery of activities aligned with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Marketing Concepts: Understanding of marketing concepts, advertising, campaign execution, public relations, and client management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Awareness and Creativity: Knowledge of content flow, readability, and sentence variety.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Collaboration and Feedback: Ability to work collaboratively with other writers and editors to complete projects and provide feedback on writing projects.
• Digital Literacy: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media, and content management for digital channels.

Education and Experience:

• Education: Master's degree from an accredited university.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a reputable organization/institute with a background in producing digital content.
