Technical IT Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the company's technology infrastructure, ERP system, and web development activities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud-based systems, office networking, ERP optimization, and modern web technologies. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work independently to support strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and optimize ERP for seamless integration across departments.
  • Customize and integrate third-party plugins and ensure data accuracy and functionality.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of web-based applications and the company website using modern frameworks.
  • Implement eCommerce integrations to streamline business operations.
  • Develop advanced website features and ensure high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Set up, manage, and secure cloud-based web servers.
  • Oversee office IT infrastructure, including network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement cloud-based solutions to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure the availability and reliability of cloud services and applications.
  • Leverage AI technologies and automation tools to enhance internal workflows and business processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT management, software development, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ERP, modern web frameworks, and eCommerce integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud-based web server management.
  • Solid understanding of office networking, IT security, and infrastructure best practices.
  • Exposure to AI tools and their use in business process automation is a strong plus.
