Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee all warehouse operations in Karachi Division, Pakistan.

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and implementing effective inventory management systems.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, as well as utilizing resources efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Ensure all resources available at the warehouse are utilized efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inbound and outbound processes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of warehouse operations.
  • Facilitate customers and guide them through the warehouse.
  • Ensure timely sampling of cotton arrivals, weighment of trucks, and tare weighment of cotton bales.
  • Conduct moisture testing for all cotton arrivals and explore new warehouses for updated inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety guidelines and oversee the work of personnel at all warehouses.
RequirementsQualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with warehouse management software.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in handling warehouse operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitasking effectively.
