About This Position
  • This Sales Account Executive role is critical in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Become an expert in RepairDesk's products to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers from various backgrounds.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure CRM best practices are followed and maintained to optimize sales efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of selling complex solutions and communicating their value to diverse customer groups.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working with SMB-level sales prospects, with SaaS experience being an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, and flexible shift timings (7 pm to 4 am Pakistan Time) are necessary.
