Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach activities.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships. Your goal will be to assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.

In this role, you will conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion. You will prepare and present effective business proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Negotiating contracts and agreements to close business deals successfully will be an essential part of your job. Collaboration with internal teams, including marketing and product development, is crucial to enhance service offerings.

You will track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue in the CRM system is also a key responsibility.

You will provide regular reports to management on business development progress and opportunities.
