About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Associate to join our team at StudyWeg. As a key member of our student recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving partnerships with local agents, educational institutions, and recruiting students to expand our operations in Pakistan and strengthen our global presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic partnerships with potential recruitment partners and local educational institutions to increase brand awareness and student opportunities.
  • Arrange meetings to explore collaboration opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships to drive student admissions.
  • Represent StudyWeg at educational fairs, student counseling sessions, and networking events to promote our platform and services.
  • Deliver presentations and strategy updates, sharing valuable insights with executive management and other stakeholders.
  • Manage student applications through the StudyWeg Portal, ensuring accurate documentation submission on time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage agent relationships, maintain partner communications, and improve operational systems, processes, and policies.
  • Train agents and partners on using the StudyWeg Portal effectively.
  • Support agent/account development, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and strengthening business relations with partners.
  • Propose improvements and identify gaps in recruitment, marketing, and partner engagement processes, helping streamline efforts for better efficiency.
  • Ongoing support regarding application processes, admissions requirements, and timelines.
  • Create detailed reports on partnership activities, student applications, and success rates, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Represent StudyWeg through workshops, presentations, and conferences, leading audiences and appearing on camera confidently.
