
Department Head and Process Improvement Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to take charge of managing a large team of professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, ability to manage diverse teams, and expertise in process creation and revamp. Main Responsibilities:
• Manage/handle a department of 50 to 60 people
• Execute department operations within given resources, including leave and shift management
• Enable efficient execution by providing necessary resources for team members as per their roles and responsibilities
• Establish and monitor customer service standards using recognized benchmarks
• Conduct progress and development meetings with staff
• Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure timely completion
• Develop a performance-driven team capable of achieving assigned targets
• Foster a professional work environment where individuals are treated equally and fairly
• Implement company policies and procedures
• Regularly review KPIs, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement
• Analyze training needs and develop staff for next-level roles
• Focus on operations improvement and business development
• Create and improve processes for the best interest of the business
Requirements:
Qualification:
- Must be a graduate; BBA/MBA preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
Skills Required:
- Leadership skills, team management, process creation and revamp, project management, situation handling, proactive approach, calm, hardworking, time-driven, soft-spoken, dedicated to assigned tasks, quick learner, team player, solution provider
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience required
- Managing different teams and departments
