About the Role

This Corporate Transformation Expert role involves providing expert tax advice and consulting services to our clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and verifying client data, filing tax returns, and assisting clients with tax assessments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining and verifying client data regarding VAT and Withholding Tax.
  • Filing of Zakat, Income Tax, VAT, and Withholding Tax Returns for clients.
  • Assisting clients in responding to tax assessments.
  • Responding to client queries related to all tax matters.
  • Coordinating with clients on e-invoicing matters in Saudi Arabia.
  • Assisting the corporate finance team in reviewing Zakat and VAT working in the financial model.
  • Working with the corporate finance team to perform tax due diligence for clients.
  • Preparing Transfer Pricing reports for clients, including Local and Master files.
  • Conducting analyses required for Transfer Pricing reports, including data gathering responsibilities.
  • Liasing with clients to obtain data and other related matters.
  • Performing other tax-related assignments for clients.
  • Recommending tax strategies that align with business goals.
  • Staying updated on Tax Laws implemented in the GCC.
  • Communicating with clients to resolve tax issues.
  • Providing relevant reports to management and stakeholders as per their requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Excel.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships and maintain work ethics.
  • Expert-level experience in multitasking, with the ability to set priorities according to the situation.
  • Ability to adhere to time constraints.
  • Understanding of GCC Tax Laws.
  • Experience with statutory audit is an advantage.
