The responsibilities include:

  • Installation and Configuration of Software, Hardware, and Networks: Ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance of systems.
  • Regular Monitoring and Maintenance of Servers: Identifying potential issues and performing necessary maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
  • Implementing Best Practices and Protocols for IT Infrastructure: Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure by implementing best practices and protocols.
  • Monitoring Performance and Maintaining Systems According to Requirements: Ensuring optimal performance and making necessary adjustments to maintain systems according to requirements.
  • Troubleshooting Issues and Outages to Minimize Downtime: Ensuring business continuity by troubleshooting issues and outages.
  • Identifying System Requirements and Installing Upgrades to Ensure Systems Remain Up-to-Date and Secure: Ensuring systems remain up-to-date and secure by identifying system requirements and installing upgrades.
  • Creating and Monitoring Backups to Safeguard Data: Preventing loss or unauthorized access by creating and monitoring backups.
