Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally team, the Salesforce Solutions Architect will lead the architectural vision for our Salesforce implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions, and design and document the technical architecture.

Key Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Understanding of industry best practices and trends in Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience in leading technical teams and providing technical guidance.
  • Ability to manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels.
  • Understanding of data integrity and quality through data imports, exports, and cleansing processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve Salesforce issues, including performance problems and error handling.
