Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Strategist to manage our YouTube channels and drive growth through effective content programming, optimization, and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube's platform, algorithms, and best practices, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive content programming strategy, overseeing optimization and SEO efforts, leveraging advanced YouTube tools, and utilizing data-driven decision making to drive innovation and channel growth.

Requirements:
  1. Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content programming strategy that aligns with both channel and audience needs, ensuring high-quality video content and artwork that meet brand strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Optimization & SEO: Oversee the optimization of titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails to maximize click-through rates, search engine optimization (SEO), and overall channel visibility.
  3. Advanced Tool Utilization: Leverage advanced YouTube tools and emerging platform features to drive innovation and channel growth.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize YouTube Analytics, Dashboards, and third-party tools to monitor, analyze, and improve content performance, making data-driven decisions to adapt to market changes quickly.
Preferred Skills:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant tools.
  • YouTube Features: Deep understanding of all YouTube features, including advanced analytics and Tubular Labs.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset, capable of interpreting complex data sets and translating them into simple actionable growth strategies.
