Territory Sales Manager Job Opportunity

Deliver sales strategy and achieve annual targets in a specific area by leading a field sales representative team.

Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to execute activation and reporting against key performance indicators (KPIs).

You will:

  • Manage, develop, and motivate the team, working closely with the sales capability team to provide training.
  • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to meet channel revenue KPIs and targets, providing regular reporting as required.
  • Nurture winning customer relationships that facilitate best-in-industry execution of product categories.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including account teams, category experts, activation teams, sales capabilities, and customer finance, to optimize return across your area.
  • Fully understand category insights, coaching the team to engage customers and make informed decisions that drive growth and deliver the annual plan.
