Role: Guidance Expert

SITUK Consultants offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Guidance Expert. This is a chance to make a positive impact on students' lives by providing personalized guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer one-on-one counseling sessions to students addressing academic, personal, and social concerns.
  • Assist students in identifying their strengths, weaknesses, interests, and career goals.
  • Prepare students for various interviews, including college admissions, scholarships, internships, and job placements.
  • Conduct mock interviews to enhance students' confidence and performance.
  • Offer feedback and constructive criticism to help students improve their interview skills.
  • Oversee the application process for students applying to educational institutions, scholarships, and other programs.
  • Maintain organized records of student applications, including transcripts, recommendation letters, and essays.
  • Verify the authenticity of application documents and ensure compliance with institution-specific requirements.
  • Generate reports and summaries to track application progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 14 years of education (16 years preferred).
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in counseling, administrative, or application processing roles.
  • Proficient in English speaking and writing.
  • Residing in Rawalpindi.
