Visionary Game Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled Game Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing game mechanics and interactive experiences.

• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 (UE5), including Blueprints and C++.
• Experience with 3D game development workflows, including level design, asset integration, and lighting.
• Familiarity with UE5's real-time rendering, Nanite, and Lumen technologies.
• Experience with game physics and AI programming for creating interactive and immersive environments.
• Strong understanding of optimization techniques for performance (e.g., reducing draw calls, optimizing lighting, shaders, textures, etc.).
• Knowledge of cross-platform game development (PC, console, mobile).
• Experience in integrating multiplayer/networking features using UE5.

• Experience:
• Proven experience in game development or working in the industry.
• Portfolio showcasing completed projects, especially ones using Unreal Engine.
• Previous work on shipped titles or completed projects in a professional studio setting is preferred.
• Experience working in agile/scrum development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (designers, artists, programmers).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for discussing ideas and solutions.
• Ability to document technical processes, workflows, and systems.

• Creative Skills:
• Ability to collaborate closely with design and art teams to translate concepts into functional game features.
• Knowledge of game design principles and ability to provide feedback on gameplay features.
• Experience with UI/UX design within Unreal Engine is a plus.

• Additional Skills (Optional):
• Familiarity with motion capture and virtual production tools.
• Experience using version control systems like Git or Perforce.
• Understanding of procedural generation and AI systems.

• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for gaming and a keen interest in keeping up with industry trends.
