Warehouse Operations Manager

You will be responsible for managing and supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring that products are stored, handled, and dispatched in accordance with standards.

  • Inventory Management: Assist with tracking, logging, and monitoring stock levels, ensuring all products are correctly tagged, categorized, and stored.
  • Receiving Materials: Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, inspect for damages, and complete proper documentation.
  • Issuance of Materials: Ensure proper and timely issuance of materials as per requirements.
  • Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring high standards of presentation and care.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, optimizing storage space while adhering to safety and operational guidelines.
  • Stock Control: Conduct regular stock checks and assist with cycle counts, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution of stock issues.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate records of warehouse transactions and generating reports as required by the management team.

This role is integral to maintaining the smooth flow of goods, from receiving new inventory to dispatching orders to clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process inbound shipments
  • Manage inventory levels and accuracy
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Required skills and qualifications:

  • At least intermediate or a relevant qualification in supply chain or warehouse management is a plus
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various departments
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and warehouse management software
