Job Overview

The Financial Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in providing timely and accurate financial reports to support managerial decision-making. This position requires a strong analytical skillset, with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective financial controls, including transaction activity monitoring and reconciliation processes.
  • Analyze financial information to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for continuous growth and remedial action.
  • Support external and internal financial audits, ensuring seamless cooperation and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance and Accounting, with Professional Accountancy Qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) highly advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably within a complex multinational environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and Excel, with expertise in creating or extracting information from databases and advanced formulas.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and coordination planning organizational abilities.
