Job Title

This role involves creating all content and messaging for a website and its products and services, including writing and executing articles, questions & answers, website content, Facebook comments, blogs, and more.

- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends, and applications.

- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.

- Become an advocate of the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

- Contribute to social media pages such as Twitter, Facebook, Google+, and recommend process improvements.

- Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.

- Keep up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends.

- Coordinate content creation and publishing of company newsletters (internal or external).

- Implement the social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the company to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company's products and services.

- Reporting on a weekly basis.

  • Proactive approach and can-do attitude, able to brainstorm according to situation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Speaks English with a good accent.
  • Able to communicate with offshore eloquently.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships.
  • A candidate must have strong writing and editing skills with an open communication style.
