About this Baker Role

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our bakery in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a skilled artisan, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, and cakes. Your role will also involve ensuring the quality and freshness of our products, maintaining inventory, and managing the kitchen.

• Prepare a range of baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all baked goods
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Manage the kitchen and equipment
• Follow all safety standards and procedures in food handling
• Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and products
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure proper cooking or baking
• Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests

About You

• You have proven work experience as a Baker or similar role
• You have in-depth knowledge of baking techniques and methods
• You are experienced in using commercial baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, etc.
• You are creative in developing new recipes and products
• You pay attention to detail in decorating cakes and pastries
• You can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
• You have excellent time management skills
• You can stand for long periods of time
• You are flexible to work early mornings or late evenings
• You take ownership of your work
