Kitchen Assistant

As a diligent and hardworking Dishwasher/Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen and dining areas. This is a contract position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

1. Dishwashing: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
2. Cleaning Equipment: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, grills, and fryers.
3. Floor Maintenance: Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and dining areas.
4. Waste Disposal: Empty trash bins regularly and maintain proper waste disposal procedures.
5. Work Area Hygiene: Keep the work area clean at all times.
6. Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation as needed.
