About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through developing strong customer and concessionaire relationships. They will oversee sales strategies, coordinate with operational teams, manage sales staff, and negotiate joint business plans to ensure maximum return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive volume growth
  • Monitor sales performance and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, concessionaires, and internal teams
  • Negotiate and execute joint business plans to achieve maximum ROI
  • Daily monitoring of sales performance and forecasting sales to support customer business planning
  • Implement agreed-upon joint business plans and review progress on a weekly basis
  • Lead extended teams, develop talent, and uphold key business principles and values
  • Deploy projects such as activations, launch plans, and micro-marketing initiatives while ensuring rigorous post-launch evaluation and monitoring
  • Analyze processes, redefine them where necessary, and explore new avenues of business in assigned territories
  • Ensure efficient utilization of assets, track asset usage, and maintain proper care of assets
  • Develop a network of key decision-makers in assigned territories to serve shoppers and consumers
  • Ensure customer operations are safe and aligned with Unilever safety policies and principles

Requirements:
